Developer enriched with mineral oils to be used EXCLUSIVELY with Blond Studio Lightening Powder 9 Tone and Bonder Inside 9 Tone.
Designed to be used only with Blond Studio Lightening Powder 9 Tone and Bonder Inside 9 Tone. Activates lightening agents. The formula with mineral oils reduces changes in lightening and gives the hair a better cosmetic appearance, leaving the hair softer to the touch after shampooing and conditioning.
How to use: Mix the required amount of developer with the L'Oreal hair dye and apply the mixture to the hair. Distribute evenly and leave for a while depending on the desired result, then rinse off the product residue with Blond Studio shampoo.
